Raison d'Etre Auditions / Open Mic nights are for established performers and beginners alike. It is a safe environment to play for the first time, to develop new material, skills, confidence and it is the first step to becoming a part of the Raison d'Etre Collective. Performers do not become a member of the collective unless we have established a relationship with them through the open mic forum, and membership is offered at our discretion. It is not "as of right".

Once performers have been invited to become members of the Raison d'Etre collective, they will be featured on our website, they will perform at our shows and festivals, and we will promote them to our mailing list, web network, press listing and flyers.

The Open mic takes place once a month (see events), it is very popular night and you will need to book your spot in advance.
